The Lean with Laura training programme is all about leaning into our inner strength, potential and overall best selves. We all want to feel our best and having a good training routine in place will help do just that.
The workouts in this programme are suitable for all levels of fitness and are designed to be achievable and enjoyable as well as challenging enough to meet your goals. My intention with this platform is to continuously add to it so you always have something new to try and can always push yourself to the next level.
Above all else, I want to give everyone a space where they can have 20 minutes to half an hour just for you. Working on your health and fitness is the upmost form of self care. Remember too, that training is not only good for the body but also good for the mind...
