Abs & Core Workouts

I love targeting my core and abs with specific workouts that I can do on their own in isolation or tag onto the end of another workout. Having a strong core is essential for protecting our lower backs, posture and maintaining our pelvic floors also; they are so intrinsically linked.
Don't neglect your core and add this into your workouts 1-2 times a week!
