If all you have is a resistance band, this workout is for you! There is so much we can do with them... never underestimate them!
Try this one for yourself and just feel the burn in all the right ways.
1) Shoulder Pull Apart
2) Bent Over Row
3) Tricep Overhead Extension
4) Plank Extension
5) Upright Row
6) Mtn Climbers
30 seconds on with 15 seconds rest x 4 rounds
