Try this one for yourself and just feel the burn in all the right ways:
Warm Up:
Squat with resistance band x 10-15
Fire Hydrants x 15 each side
Repeat x 2-3 times
Round 1 - Tricet:
Squats weighted x 12-15 reps
Romanian Deadlift x 12-15 reps
Alternating Side Squat x 16-20
Repeat x 4 times
Round 2 - Supersets:
Static Lunge x 10 each side
Banded Clams x 15 each side
repeat x 4
