Another great lower body workout but today, we focus a more on the inner and outer thigh area.
Reminder that we cannot necessarily target specific body areas to "Lose Weight" from, however with the right nutrition, when we strength train we increase our chances of building lean muscle mass which in turn burns body fat and will help improve our overall appearance. Doing workouts focussed on more stubborn areas can help us build lean muscle mass in those areas.
