The Beginner Program

If you are brand new to resistance training.... this is the place for you. Over the next 4 weeks I will guide you through a progression of beginner exercises to help build confidence in your training ability
In week 1 we will focus on getting the FOUNDATION right.
In week 2 we will build our CONFIDENCE with the movements.
In Week 3 we will work on our ENDURANCE and,
In Week 4 we will work on solidifying our new HABITS.

Please remember while this program is completely bodyweight and designed for people brand new to exercises, the workouts will be undertaken at your own risk. As always please reference section 9B of the Terms of Service for full waiver of liability.
