Warm Up:
Squat with resistance band x 10-15
Fire Hydrants x 15 each side
Repeat x 2-3 timesRound 1 - Tricet:
Squats weighted x 12-15 reps
Romanian Deadlift x 12-15 reps
Alternating Side Squat x 16-20
