The perfect way to get the heart rate up and feel GREAT! I use a resistance band but if you don't have one don't worry! Do it without.
The Workout:
1) Glute Bridge
2) Clams with optional side raise
3) Side Lying Leg Raises
4) Inner Thigh Leg Raise
5) Squats
6) Static Lunge
45 seconds on with 10 seconds rest x 3-4 rounds!
