Katy Harrison Katy is a Galway-based yoga teacher offering classes worldwide, with a mission to make yoga accessible, inclusive, and authentic for everyone. She trained with the Celtic School of Yoga through the Irish Wheel of Yoga, integrating Celtic mythology, poetry, and music into mindful movement. Having practiced across Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Indonesia, Katy is passionate about building welcoming communities that support both physical and mental wellbeing. A founding member of Ireland’s Yoga Picnic, she brings warmth, humour, and vibrant energy to her teaching, guiding people of all experience levels to find confidence, connection, and their own unique path through yoga.
I am so lucky to have her as part of the platform and what a perfect way to kick off this new yoga series than with a full body flow and stretch. Perfect for post workout or any rest day.
