Hi,
I wasn't very organised today, managed to get a shop done but not exactly everything I needed. The day was bit all over the place between appointments, kids etc. I didn't really manage to have the snacks - had half a banana before and protein shake after my workout this morning, and had some almonds while waiting on dinner. My measurements weren't perfect either as I wasn't sure if some weights were cooked or not-so had more turkey mince for example. I've ended up being slightly over on my protein & carbs, slightly under on fat and total calories. Also know I will be hungry and will eat again before bed. Any advice?

Ok don’t worry this is only day 1 and it’s all a good learning curve I wouldn’t worry about being over protein (this is a good thing as it’s hard to do so shows you are making great choices), increasing fat will get your calories over the line. Make sure to drink enough water too… 2 litres is optimal and even 3 on training days 👌🏼 and don’t be afraid to eat before bed if hungry, especially when under on calories 🥰 well done though I can tell how conscious you are being with all the information shared.
